Jason Atkinson is a writer and musician.  His work has been published with Zyzzyva and UK based The Fiction Desk.  He has written screenplays for Caveh Zahedi (Waking Life, I am a Sex Addict) and Richard Edson (Do the Right Thing, Platoon). 

Musically, Jason has written music and sound designed for The Cleveland Playhouse, Cleveland Public Theater, Reportorio Espanol, Prospect Theater, LookingGlass Theater, among others.  His musical Genius Famous was produced in the 2005 New York City Fringe Festival and his play A Short Trip is slated to be produced in Rome, Italy.   He studied classical guitar at the Cleveland Institute of Music with Jason Vieaux and John Holmquist.
